Our team reaches out, answers their questions, and walks them through floor plans, communities, and what is included. You stay in the loop without having to manage anything.
They Close, You Get Paid
Once your referral closes on their West Homes home, we send you your $1,000. Then you can do it again, as many times as you want.

Who Can Refer Someone
Anyone. If you know someone thinking about a new home in Virginia, North Carolina, or Tennessee, you are eligible. That includes:
- West Homes homeowners, past and present
- Friends and family
- Neighbors and renters living in our communities
- Vendors, trade partners, and business contacts
- Anyone else who knows a buyer worth introducing
You do not need to sell anything or explain the buying process. A name and a little context is enough. Our team handles the rest.

We build across three states in the Southeast, in communities chosen for location as much as for the homes themselves. If someone you know is looking in one of these areas, it is worth an introduction.

Common Questions
After the person you referred closes on their West Homes home. The referral fee is tied to closing, not to a visit or a signed contract, so nothing is paid out until the sale is complete.
No. Refer one person or ten. Every referral that closes earns a $1,000 referral fee, and there is no cap on how much you can earn in a year.
No. The program is open to anyone, including homeowners, renters in our communities, friends and family, vendors, business contacts, and the general public.
Yes. We run promotions in select communities from time to time that temporarily raise the referral amount. Those promotions are announced separately and apply to the communities named in the offer.
Submit your referral before they visit a community or speak with a West Homes sales agent. If they are already working with our team, we will not be able to credit the referral to you.
Not much. Let them know you are passing along their information so our team can reach out. From there we walk them through floor plans, communities, pricing, and what comes standard, the same way we do with every buyer.
